Run the business side. All of it, in one place.
Kaiyo Management is a desktop app for running the marketing and business side of one or more companies: products, campaigns, tasks, metrics, embedded web tools, and a full lightweight accounting system, all stored locally. Built for our own studio first, and free for everyone else to use.
Free. No subscription, no account required.
Built to run our own studio, then opened up.
We built Kaiyo Management to run Kaiyo Zero itself: tracking every product, campaign, task, and dollar across the whole studio without duct-taping together a spreadsheet, a notes app, and a dozen browser tabs. It turned out useful enough that it felt wrong to keep to ourselves, so it's available to anyone who wants the same thing, for free, with everything stored on your own computer.

Get anywhere in one keystroke.
Ctrl/Cmd+K opens a command palette that navigates and searches at once, jump straight to any company, product, or page, or search across task titles and notes, campaign names and goals, transaction payees, asset filenames, and standalone notes, all grouped and one click from the right page.
- Quick Add creates a Task, Campaign, Metric entry, Product, or Company from anywhere, without leaving the page you're on.
- A product filter in the top bar scopes the Dashboard and key lists to a single product when you only want to see one thing.
One app, as many businesses as you run.
Companies are the top level of organization, each with its own logo, accent color, and reporting currency. Products are what you're actually marketing: an app, a book, a course, a service, each with its own campaigns, tasks, metrics, and notes.
- A company's detail page has tabs for its Products, company-level tasks not tied to any one product, and Assets.
- A product's detail page has tabs for its Campaigns, Tasks, Metrics, and Notes, everything about that one thing in one place.
- Products, tasks, and assets can all optionally belong to a company, so a solo project doesn't have to be forced into a company structure it doesn't need.

A launch, a sale, a content series, tracked properly.
Each campaign has a goal, a status from idea through planned, in progress, published, measuring, and done, start and end dates, and a budget. View campaigns as a sortable, filterable list, or as a drag-and-drop Kanban board.
- Every campaign gets its own tasks, metrics, notes, and assets, so nothing about a launch is scattered across other tools.
- Templates save a set of tasks as a reusable checklist, so launching a similar campaign later auto-creates the same tasks with dates offset from the new campaign's start date.
Every to-do, wherever it actually belongs.
Tasks can optionally link to a company, product, campaign, and channel, viewed as a filterable three-pane list or the same tasks as a Kanban board by status.
- Free-form tags independent of the product/campaign structure, like "urgent" or "waiting-on-client", filterable from the list.
- Priority, due date, status, an optional link, and notes on every task, plus support for recurring tasks via a recurrence field.

A real, if simplified, bookkeeping system.
Bank accounts, cards, cash, and loans, each with its own currency, an opening balance, and a running balance calculated from its transactions. Every income, expense, or transfer can be tagged with a category, a specific product or campaign, and free-form tags, so you can see what a specific push actually cost.
- Categories are shared across companies and come pre-seeded, or create your own inline while logging a transaction.
- Transfers move money between your own accounts, supporting different currencies on each side.
- CSV export and import, including mapping a bank's CSV columns to the app's fields with a live preview before bulk-importing.
Set it up once, let it keep itself current.
Set a monthly limit per expense category and watch a progress bar track spend against it. Set up a recurring bill or income once and the app auto-generates the transaction each time it's due, silently catching up on anything missed while the app was closed.
- Income statement and balance sheet for any date range, broken down by category or account, plus a spending-by-category pie chart.
- Export as PDF for a clean, print-ready report layout.
- Receipts attach to any transaction and show up both there and in the main Assets library.

Every account in its own currency, converted automatically.
Exchange rates are fetched automatically (free, no API key) and cached locally, so reports keep working offline using the last-known rate. Multi-currency accounts are converted into each company's reporting currency for every report, with nothing to configure.
- A net worth chart over a selectable range, from 1 month to 5 years, on each company's Finances dashboard.
- A consolidated Finances view rolls up net worth, income, and expenses across every company into one currency, plus a per-company breakdown table.
Gmail, your CMS, ad platforms, right inside the app.
Embed the external websites you use constantly as tabs inside the app instead of switching to a browser. Organize them into categories, each tool a saved tab with its own label and URL.
- Multiple accounts of the same service can stay open as separate tabs, each logged in independently, since every tab has its own isolated session.
- Idle tabs unload automatically after 15 minutes to save memory, and reopen already logged in when you come back to them.

Track the numbers that actually matter to you.
Follower counts, sales, sign-ups, or anything else you define as a metric type with a unit. Log entries by date, optionally tied to a product, campaign, and channel, and view history as a line chart, with a sparkline on summary cards.
See where you're actually active.
Channels represent where marketing activity happens: X, LinkedIn, email, YouTube, ads, and more. Both tasks and metrics can be tagged with a channel.
- The Channel Matrix shows activity broken down by channel × product in one grid, with a click into any cell to see what's there.
- Each cell is marked Active, Idle, or Untouched, so a gap in your coverage is visible at a glance.

Everything with a due date, in one view.
A month view of every task due date and campaign window at once, so you can see what's coming up across every company and product without checking each one separately.
The smaller pieces that tie it together.
None of these are the headline feature, all of them get used constantly.
Assets
A central library for every file and link attached anywhere in the app, with thumbnails, open, reveal-in-folder, and save-a-copy.
Dashboard
Overdue and due-today tasks, what's coming up, active campaigns, recent activity, and your key metrics at a glance.
Settings
App-level preferences like theme and density, so the app looks and feels the way you want it to.
